Tilt System
• Dual control stations for hydraulic unit for safety.
• 7 Ton hydraulic cylinder safely raises the hopper and comes with self contained power pack.
• Adjustable speed control is provided for lowering the hopper while compensating for
variances in load weight.
• 12 volt deep cycle battery system with charger comes in lockable weather resistant
compartment.
• Hopper pivots on heavy duty hinge pins supported with four pillow block bearings.
• Removable safety support bar for maintenance.
• Alarm sounds whenever tilt system is operated.

Hopper
• Triple wall construction with air baffles to distribute heat evenly. 10 gauge panels are
reinforced with 6” steel channel.
• Fully insulated compartments including loading and unloading doors to minimize heat loss.
• Loading doors act as a loading chute.
• Rear mounted temperature thermometer with protective hood.
• Burner automatically shuts off when the hopper is raised.
• Two fully insulated top loading doors with telescopic loading handles and rear safety latch to
prevent doors opening when tilted.
• Sliding rear unloading door(s) with vertical adjustment.
• Heated shoveling platform height is maintained even when the box is tilted.
